Golden Fern™ Follow-on Formula is made in New Zealand with a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate and the vitamins and minerals your child needs to stay healthy. Some of the beneficial ingredients in Golden Fern™ Follow-on Formula include:

  • Taurine to promote the development of brain cell structures
  • ARA and DHA to improve brain and eye development
  • Folic Acid to help aid the formation of blood cells and the synthesis of DNA.
  • A range of nucleotides which help to improve immune function,   improve the absorption of iron and promotes healthy digestion, bowel and liver function.

Milk Solids (Instant Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate, lactose, GOS), Vegetable Oil Powder, Corn Syrup Solids Minerals (Tricalcium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Magnesium Sulphate, Zinc Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Manganese Sulphate, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite). Arachidonic Acid Powder, DHA Powder. Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Acetate, Niacinamide, β-carotene, Vitamin D3, Calcium d-pantothenate, Vitamin K1, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, d-Biotin). Babies aged over six months need solid food as well as Baby Formula.

How to prepare Golden Fern™ Follow-on Formula Step 2

1Sterilise utensils in boiling hot clean water 2Bring clean drinking water to the boil. 3Pour boiled drinking water into baby's bottle.
Sterilise all utensils by using an approved steriliser or by boiling in water for five minutes. 

Boil clean drinking water and allow to cool. Wash your hands with hot water before preparing formula. Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into the sterilised bottle.
4Measure the correct amount of Golden Fern powder using enclosed scoop. 5Put Golden Fern formula into baby's bottle. 6Before feeding baby test the temperature of the prepared formula on your wrist.
Use the scoop provided to add the required amount of Golden Fern™ formula to the bottle of water. Use a sterilised utensil to level off each scoop of formula.  Add one level scoop of Golden Fern™ powder per 50ml of water. Stir or shake until the powder is completely dissolved.   Before feeding make sure the prepared formula is not too hot by testing it on your wrist. Always discard any unfinished formula.

Take extra care when you are preparing baby's formula to keep your little one healthier. Prepare each bottle separately and as close as possible to feed time. 

Warning: Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change the proportions of powder except on medical advice only. Incorrect preparation of any feeding formula can make your baby ill. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to formula.
