Once reconstituted you can use Golden Fern™Whole Milk Powder just as you would use fresh milk. Unreconstructed milk powder is a key ingredient in many bread making recipes, and is often used in cake and biscuit recipes. A useful baking additive as four tablespoons of this whole Milk Powder equals one cup of fresh milk.
